I. Your role
a. Provide us with the job specification, and number of staffing requirements including the required start date of the candidate/s
b. Give us an overview of how you would like to proceed after we have provided you with the CV’s.
II. Our role:
a. Advertise, Receive, Screen CV’s according to the job requirement and or job specifications.
b. Request all relevant qualifications
c. Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their level of experience. Interviews process can consist of a telephonic, face to face or Skype – depending o the candidate’s geographic location.
d. Should candidate be successful, we will provide you with the following information:

iii. ID document iv. Any other required documentation.
e. Should you as the client would like to meet the candidate:
We will schedule the interviews
Provide the candidate with the company address, and contact details.
NewG consulting will facilitate the job offer process should candidate be successful.

a. Should a candidate be successful, we will run all necessary checks before extending the job offer to the candidate.

b. Our rates are relatively low should you wish to compare them with our competitors in the market.
c. Our rates are not complex (See table below); and our rates are negotiable depending on your staffing requirements.
d. Our rates are based on the agreed Annual Basic Salary offered to the candidate.
e. Our fees exclude VAT, and is calculated on the Basic Salary.
